The parties

The seller is HAPPY HUMAN AS, org. no. 933 037 495, Dammane 19, 5337 Rong, Norway, email post@happyhuman.no. The buyer is you, the person booking PT.

If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must approve the purchase.

The agreement

The agreement consists of these terms, the details in your booking and anything we agree in writing. It becomes binding when we have confirmed your booking by email.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include all taxes and fees. There are no costs on top of what's shown in your booking. You pay when you book, using the payment methods shown there.

Sessions and cancellation

  • You agree session times with your trainer.
  • You can move or cancel a session free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. If you cancel later or don't show up, the session counts as used.
  • If we have to cancel, for example because of illness, you get a new session or a refund for that session.
  • PT packages are valid for the period shown in your booking.

Right of withdrawal

If you buy PT online, by email or by phone, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Norwegian Cancellation Act (angrerettloven). The period starts on the day the agreement is made.

To withdraw, tell us at post@happyhuman.no within the deadline. You can use the standard withdrawal form from the Norwegian Consumer Authority, but you don't have to.

If you asked us to start training before the deadline, you pay for the sessions you've used and get the rest back. We refund you no later than 14 days after we receive your message.

Health and safety

Tell your trainer about injuries, illness, pregnancy or anything else that may affect your training. Otherwise, the same rules as in our terms of participation apply.

Not happy?

Let us know as soon as possible after you notice the problem. We'll find a solution together, such as a new session or a refund.

Personal data

For how we handle your data, see our privacy policy.

Disputes

We always try to resolve disagreements amicably. If we can't agree, you can get help from the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet). Norwegian law applies.
